This is kinda really obscure, it's young Hama from Avatar.
I made this for a convention in New York in December, but I didn't get any photos I really liked while there, so even if the setting isn't very water bender appropriate I wanted to take some photos of it. This effect was created by splashing around in the pond till it kinda looked like I was bending it.
